GAAS Flow provides software tools that assist licensed CPAs and firm staff in documenting audit procedures. The software is a methodology aid and does not constitute legal, accounting, or auditing advice. Users remain solely responsible for compliance with professional standards, firm quality control, and applicable law.

GAAS Flow is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) or any other standards-setting body. References to AU-C sections and GAAS concepts are for professional orientation only.

Firms own their client data. You grant GAAS Flow a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service. You may export engagement materials as features allow.

Accounts may be suspended for abuse, nonpayment, or security risk. These terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance of material updates communicated in-product or by email.
