AI & Data Terms

These terms apply when you use GAASFlow AI features (including documentation assists and product support chat) and supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Drafting aid only
AI outputs are suggestions for human review. They are not audit evidence by themselves, not professional advice, and not a substitute for standards, firm methodology, or partner judgment.
2. Your responsibilities
You must ensure you have rights to submit any data used in prompts; review all outputs before relying on them; and avoid submitting special categories of data unless necessary and lawful.
3. Processing
Prompts and limited engagement context may be sent to model providers under contract to generate responses. We configure providers for service delivery. Do not treat AI chat as a secure channel for secrets (API keys, passwords).
4. Training
Unless we notify you otherwise in writing, we do not use your Customer Data to train public foundation models for unrelated third parties. Provider terms may describe their handling of API traffic; we select providers consistent with business use of the Service.
5. Accuracy
Models can hallucinate citations, omit required procedures, or misstate standards. Always verify against primary sources and firm policy.
6. GAASFlow Help
Product support chat is for navigation and product how-to guidance. It does not create a client-professional relationship and does not bind GAASFlow to audit conclusions.
