Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: July 21, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of GAASFlow and supplements the Terms of Service.

You may not

• Violate law, professional ethics rules, or third-party rights
• Attempt to access other firms’ tenants, data, or accounts
• Probe, scan, or stress-test systems without prior written authorization
• Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing
• Circumvent seat limits, authentication, or billing controls
• Resell or white-label the Service as your own product without a written agreement
• Use support or AI features to generate content for fraud or deception
• Share credentials outside your authorized firm users

Enforcement

We may investigate violations, suspend or terminate access, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. Report abuse via Support@GAASFlow.com.
