Subscription Terms
Effective: July 21, 2026
These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service and govern trials, paid plans, seats, and cancellations.
1. Trials
New firms may receive a limited trial of up to 7 days with seat limits as stated in-product. Trials may exclude paid support SLAs. We may modify or end trials for abuse.
2. Plans and seats
Current self-serve plans include Starter ($349/mo, 5 seats) and Professional ($799/mo, 15 seats). Firm is $1,499/mo (40 seats) or invoice billing. Seat limits control active members and pending invites.
3. Billing
Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Fees are charged in advance via our payment processor. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Taxes may be added where required.
4. Changes and upgrades
Upgrades take effect when payment is confirmed. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise agreed. Seat reductions may require removing users first.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal from the in-app billing portal (Manage payment method) after you subscribe. Access continues through the paid period already purchased. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
6. Nonpayment
We may suspend access for failed payments after reasonable notice. Data export remains available for a commercially reasonable period where feasible.
7. Firm / invoice billing
Enterprise customers may contract via order form with net payment terms, custom seats, and SLAs. Order forms control if they conflict with these Subscription Terms.
