Pilot engagements

Prove the workflow on a real engagement—with measured checkpoints

GAASFlow invites independent CPA firms to run controlled pilot engagements. The purpose is to identify defects, measure the workflow honestly, and establish evidence only after a firm completes the agreed scope.

Pilot completion criteria

  1. 1.Configure firm roles, MFA, and methodology adoption
  2. 2.Import and map a real trial balance
  3. 3.Complete planning, risks, workpapers, evidence, and review notes
  4. 4.Retain preparer, reviewer, and partner completion evidence
  5. 5.Finalize and export the engagement file
  6. 6.Roll the completed engagement into its successor period

Evidence and publication rules

Participation does not obligate a testimonial. GAASFlow will not publish a firm name, logo, quote, metric, or engagement detail without specific written approval of the final wording. Negative findings and workarounds remain part of the internal pilot record.
